UPDATE 3-Och-Ziff shares tumble as bribery probe spooks investors

BOSTON, April 12 (Reuters) - Och-Ziff Capital Management

shares dropped 24 percent to a record low on Tuesday on

the possibility that the U.S. hedge fund would have to plead

guilty to bribing government officials in Africa.
