Obama urges Dalai Lama, China to ease tensions with direct dialogue

WASHINGTON, June 15 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama

encouraged direct dialogue between the Dalai Lama and China to

resolve differences when he met with the exiled Tibetan Buddhist
