AUSTIN, Texas, June 2 (Reuters) - A new round of storms
dumped more rain on flood-hit parts of Texas on Thursday,
scrambling transport, further swelling rivers already spilling
over their banks and sending more people to evacuation shelters
to escape the rising waters.
