MEXICO CITY, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Javier formed
off of Mexico's Pacific coast on Sunday, unleashing intense
winds amid expectations it will churn north toward Baja
California and the beach resort of Los Cabos, the U.S. National
