UPDATE 1-Javier swirls toward Mexico's Baja Peninsula resorts, no hurricane seen

MEXICO CITY, Aug 8 (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Javier was

expected to bring wind and rain to Mexico's tourist haven of

Cabo San Lucas later on Monday, the U.S. National Hurricane

Center said, adding that it was no longer expected to become a

hurricane.
