China stocks end flat despite upbeat economic data

SHANGHAI, Sept 13 (Reuters) - China stocks were little

changed on Tuesday, with investors shrugging off upbeat economic

data that pointed to some success in Beijing's efforts to

stimulate the world's second-largest economy.
