Fuel tanker, bus collision in Afghanistan kills 38, injures 28

KABUL, Sept 4 (Reuters) - At least 38 people were killed and

28 were injured in Afghanistan after a fuel tanker collided with

a passenger bus, causing a massive explosion, local officials

said on Sunday.
