JAKARTA, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Motorcycle sales in Indonesia
fell 5.3 percent in October from a year earlier, data from an
industry association showed on Friday.
Motorbike sales stood at 571,201 units in October, down from
602,882 units sold in the same month last year, but higher than
the 555,820 units sold in September.
On a monthly basis, sales were up 2.8 percent.
Motorcycles are hugely popular in Southeast Asia's biggest
economy and their sales are a key indicator of consumption.
