UPDATE 1-Dutch PostNL rejects new offer from Belgium's Bpost

AMSTERDAM, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Dutch postal company PostNL

rejected a raised 2.54 billion euro ($2.7 billion)

takeover offer from Belgium's Bpost on Wednesday,

saying it lacked political support and would hurt profit.
