Temasek confirms Singapore rail operator buyout for S$1.18 bln

SINGAPORE, July 20 (Reuters) - Singapore state investor

Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd will buy the remaining

nearly 46 percent stake in SMRT Corp Ltd that it does

not already own for about S$1.18 billion ($869.31 million), the

two firms said on Wednesday.
